What You Need To Know

What we can do for you
We’ll start by understanding your situation—whether you’ve just been approached, ignored previous attempts to engage, or even faced formal notices or court proceedings. Next, we’ll explore your options, including whether you can refuse the renewal and what terms you’d like in a new lease. If renewal is unavoidable, we’ll notify the operator’s agent that we’re representing you. From there, we’ll negotiate the best terms and rent on your behalf, working closely with your solicitor to finalise the lease.

How that benefits you
When you work with us, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your options and how the Code impacts your new lease. We’ll handle the entire process, saving you from the stress of dealing with persistent emails and calls from agents. With over 15 years of experience, we’ll negotiate terms that work in your favour—always ensuring you have the final say on any agreement. If you don’t already have a solicitor, we can help you find one and work closely with them to ensure your lease reflects the best possible terms. From start to finish, we are here for you.

What it will cost you
Under the Code, the operator is required to cover your reasonable professional fees for negotiating a lease renewal. Before starting any work, we secure a commitment from the operator to pay our fees. Once agreed, we handle the negotiations on your behalf, and our fees are paid directly by the operator upon completion. If the initial commitment isn’t sufficient, we’ll seek an increase from the operator. We won’t proceed with further work without either their agreement or your explicit consent.
